Nutritionist, leading health specialist, radio show host, and author Nancy Addison and her guests, Melanie Stokes & Barbara Larabee, discuss a certain supplement. They discuss reducing oxidative stress, restoring mitochondria health, improving mental function, and restoring hair youthful color and growth. They talk about glutathione and how to stimulate enzymes by 300% and offer antioxidants and help stimulate the immune system. Oxidative stress is an imbalance between free radicals and antioxidants in your body. Free radicals are oxygen-containing molecules with an uneven number of electrons. Antioxidants are molecules that can donate an electron to a free radical without making themselves unstable. There is also a version for animals.

Millions of women can experience fatigue, depression, mood swings, hot flashes, increased abdominal fat or decreased libido as they shift into the menopause phase of life. Menopause is the transition that marks the end of a woman’s fertility, which typically occurs around the late 40’s or early 50’s. Some women go through it when they have a hysterectomy. This natural hormonal change is not something a woman should be afraid of, as it is simply a transition.

This physical change can be difficult for some to handle as symptoms may include vaginal dryness, thin wrinkly skin, decreased sexual drive, brittle nails, dull and thinning hair, as well as susceptibility to diseases like breast cancer, osteoporosis, and hypertension, which may cause stress and anxiety. The good news is,
I have found some supplements and non-transdermal patches that can help with these changes.

Menopause is not an emergency situation though, and with my list of the following suggestions, a woman can not only survive menopause, but may also be able to breeze through it with finesse!

Eat a well-balanced, plant-based diet. Organic fresh fruits and vegetables are a part of a healthy diet, but make sure you include: fresh herbs (ex. parsley, oregano, thyme), fresh vegetables (ex. celery, cucumber, onions, garlic, broccoli, leafy greens, root vegetables, microgreens), sprouted nuts (ex. walnuts and pine nuts), whole, sprouted seeds (ex. pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), whole, sprouted grains (ex. oats, barley, rye and teff), unsulfured, unsweetened dried or fresh fruits (always in their whole form), and sprouted beans and legumes. With this healthy diet plan, avoid all non-fermented soy food products, and genetically modified foods of all varieties.

Drink plenty of high-quality water and avoid chlorinated and fluoridated tap water.

It is imperative to have adequate amounts of Vitamin D, as well as other nutrients (for example: minerals and vitamins: C, B’s, Iodine, zinc, selenium, magnesium). Vitamin D is paramount to optimum health and we need more of it as we age. 7000 IU’s is recommended daily.
Make sure you are getting at least one drop of iodine a day (avoid white iodized salt, it’s toxic). Iodine supplementation is critical to overall health and well-being.

Acupuncture, reflexology, and homeopathy have been shown to have very positive effects on menopause. I am using patches on the body to activate my own copper GHK-Copper peptide using crystals embedded in the patches, which works on the body’s meridians. This technology can help in many ways.

Exercise is good for the body, as it help release toxins and other harmful elements from the body.

Common weight gain, which can be a result of perimenopause (the time right before menopause) is often misdiagnosed and is one of the first signs of hormonal imbalance. Avoiding all types of fructose or high fructose sugar (ex: HFS or agave syrup or agave nectar) can help with this common problem. Taking this supplement, myomin, helps adjust hormone levels holistically.

Take a supplement that helps reduce oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is related to many diseases as we age. To list a few: Metabolic Disorders, Cardiovascular, Infectious Disease, Inflammation, M S., COPD, Diabetic Nephropathy, Psoriasis, Type 2 Diabetes, Age Related Macular Degeneration, Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Aspiration Pneumonitis, Brain Ischemia, Breast Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Fibromyalgia, Huntington Disease, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Hypertension, Metastatic Melanoma, Mitochondrial Diseases, Nephropathy, Neuro Muscular Disorders, Neuroblastoma, Neurodegenerative Diseases, NAF Liver Disease, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Ovarian Cancer, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Radiation Toxicity. I take one that can reduce oxidative stress by 40% in 30 days.

Relax, and never forget to pamper yourself. If you start to feel down, have a relaxing massage or spend some time in nature.

Something new and different, which I personally am using for myself, is a new frequency technology and I’ve had some really good results and so have my clients who have tried them. (I call it Youth-ing instead of aging!)
No supplements, no swallowing, no negative side effects, and extremely powerful for animals! Approved for Olympic athletes.

They works on our infrared energy in our body and works like acupuncture does on meridians. The patches have crystals in them, that reflect our infrared energy and activate our own GHK copper peptide.
Click here for a video that explains how it works. (It’s short.)

If you wish to try them, My referral number is 1439757 and my link will say “nancyaddison.

My clients are having wonderful results using them. Let me know if you have any questions.

Text me at 214-202-9243.
I’ll call you back.

Surround yourself with friends who are going through this same process or ones who’ve already experienced it. These are the best ways to help relieve stress, which is felt especially when you are adjusting to this new wonderful chapter of your life. Sharing your experiences of menopause with friends or family can be very comforting. You may find yourself laughing at the whole situation, which is very healing in itself.

With the right knowledge and correct attitude, a woman can successfully breeze through menopause with finesse!

As I am aging and researching things that help us retain our youthfulness, I have found that cell damage caused by oxidative stress is a major component of many conditions associated with aging and disease. Oxidative Stress is not a disease. Oxidative stress is a condition that can lead to disease.

“All infections do their damage with what they call oxidative stress.

It is electron theft. All laboratory tests show this.”

Dr. Thomas E. Levy MD – Cardiologist & Lawyer

So, what kind of damage is caused by oxidative stress?

Conditions that are associated with oxidative stress damage are:
• Atherosclerosis
• Cancer
• Pulmonary dysfunction
• Cataracts
• Arthritis and inflammatory diseases
• Diabetes
• Shock, trauma, and ischemia
• Renal disease and hemodialysis
• Multiple sclerosis
• Pancreatitis
• Inflammatory bowel disease and colitis
• Parkinson’s disease
• Neonatal lipoprotein oxidation
• Drug reactions
• Skin lesions
• Aging

That is quite a list of things!

What exactly is oxidative stress?

Oxidative stress is an imbalance between of free radicals and healthy, normal cells. A free radical, is an oxygen containing molecule that is missing an electron. This allows it to damage neighboring cells.
The ability to utilize oxygen allows the body to metabolize of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates for energy. The problem is that oxygen is a highly reactive atom.

Free radicals are electrically charged molecules that are missing an electron. These free radicals then go in search of a molecule that can supply the missing electron. When it takes the electron from the other molecule, it neutralizes that free radical, but in the process, it creates another free radical. This has a chain reaction effect that can go on for thousands and thousands of molecules, which can cause incredible cell damage in the process. This can continue in seconds of the initial reaction.

According to Dr Mark Percival, antioxidants are the best way to defend against this cellular damage. His reserach shows they are critical for maintaining optimum health and well-being.

Every cell that uses enzymes and oxygen to function is subject to free radical damage. Antioxidants are the molecules that are present in the cells that can prevent these free radicals from creating this damage, and subsequent chain reaction.

In reality, many people’s diets are not getting the amount of antioxidants require to defend itself from the overwhelming amount of free radicals that can be in the body causing damage. This can result in massive amounts of cellular damage.

When a cell is damaged, the DNA stand divides, the cell metabolizes, and it’s function becomes deranged. The mutation created then results in carcinogenesis. Studies show that the antioxidant protects against this DNA damage and decreases the abnormal cell division.

Even though there are growing dangers of oxidative stress, there are some simple ways to prevent it.

1. Antioxidants can be obtained from fresh, organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables. Studies show that diets filled with adequate amounts of fresh fruits and vegetables can protect against numerous cancers, heart disease, and other diseases.

2. Antioxidants can also be added to the diet in the form of a supplement, capsules or tablets. There is a supplement, that I am using now, that can help with oxidative stress and helping the body to actually manufacture it’s own antioxidants. There was an ABC “Primetime News” segment on it that describes what it does quite well.
In the US, Heart disease is the leading cause of death. An estimated one in three Americans will eventually die from heart disease.
Cancer is the second leading cause of death in the United States. It is estimated that a diet low in antioxidants rich foods, may account for as much as 35% of all cancers.

Research shows, that a diet low in nutritious fruits and vegetables doubles the risk of most types of cancers.

Antioxidants are critical for stabilizing, or deactivating, free radicals before they attack and destroy cells. They are important in maintaining optimal cell health and well-being.

This supplement I’m taking has been very effective in reducing cellular oxidative stress by 40% within 30 days. It is so effective at so many things that it has been nominated for 3 Nobel Prizes for Medicine. This is very impressive for a natural supplement that is not a pharmaceutical. In fact there are over 24 peer reviewed studies posted on PubMed concerning this supplement, Protandim NRF2,

Athletes love it. Kelly Slater, 11x world champion surfer, takes Nrf2. “I’ve been on (#TheLittleYellowPill) for 5 years now and can attest to the power of this product in helping to recover from injury, besides just feeling so good now… I cracked my pelvis in 2 places and 2 ribs on a tree in a snowboarding accident last year. I wasn’t sure I would walk normally after the accident… I was running upstairs just 6 weeks later. I will NEVER not take it!”

For autism, Chris a mother of an autistic child said. “2 weeks ago after him being activated we Nrf1, him to boost and repair his mitochondrial function. He is starting to repeat words, try new foods, and the best…finally allowing a toothbrush in his mouth. That’s just a start.

We took him to a developmental pediatrician at Children’s hospital in Portland and when your child is Autistic you tend to self-blame.

After dropping the bug in his ear about the products he’s on and because the research posted on here the lights went on and he said…Ohh MY,! You’re right…There is a link between mitochondrial dysfunction and autism. Nobody has even bothered testing for it? The Dr. validated me and told me I’m doing everything right.”
