Millions of women can experience fatigue, depression, mood swings, hot flashes, increased abdominal fat or decreased libido as they shift into the menopause phase of life. Menopause is the transition that marks the end of a woman’s fertility, which typically occurs around the late 40’s or early 50’s. Some women go through it when they have a hysterectomy. This natural hormonal change is not something a woman should be afraid of, as it is simply a transition.
This physical change can be difficult for some to handle as symptoms may include vaginal dryness, thin wrinkly skin, decreased sexual drive, brittle nails, dull and thinning hair, as well as susceptibility to diseases like breast cancer, osteoporosis, and hypertension, which may cause stress and anxiety. The good news is,
I have found some supplements that can help with these changes.
Menopause is not an emergency situation though, and with my list of the following suggestions, a woman can not only survive menopause, but may also be able to breeze through it with finesse!
- Eat a well-balanced, plant-based diet. Organic fresh fruits and vegetables are a part of a healthy diet, but make sure you include: fresh herbs (ex. parsley, oregano, thyme), fresh vegetables (ex. celery, cucumber, onions, garlic, broccoli, leafy greens, root vegetables, microgreens), sprouted nuts (ex. walnuts and pine nuts), whole, sprouted seeds (ex. pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), whole, sprouted grains (ex. oats, barley, rye and teff), unsulfured, unsweetened dried or fresh fruits (always in their whole form), and sprouted beans and legumes. With this healthy diet plan, avoid all non-fermented soy food products, and genetically modified foods of all varieties.
- Drink plenty of high-quality water and avoid chlorinated and fluoridated tap water.
- It is imperative to have adequate amounts of Vitamin D, as well as other nutrients (for example: minerals and vitamins: C, B’s, Iodine, zinc, selenium, magnesium). Vitamin D is paramount to optimum health and we need more of it as we age. 7000 IU’s is recommended daily.
Make sure you are getting at least one drop of iodine a day (avoid white iodized salt, it’s toxic). Iodine supplementation is critical to overall health and well-being. - Acupuncture, reflexology, and homeopathy have been shown to have very positive effects on menopause. I am using patches on the body to activate my own stem cells using crystals embedded in the patches, which works on the body’s meridians. This technology can help in many ways.
- Exercise is good for the body, as it help release toxins and other harmful elements from the body.
- Common weight gain, which can be a result of perimenopause (the time right before menopause) is often misdiagnosed and is one of the first signs of hormonal imbalance. Avoiding all types of fructose or high fructose sugar (ex: HFS or agave syrup or agave nectar) can help with this common problem. Taking this supplement, myomin, helps adjust hormone levels holistically.
- Take a supplement that helps reduce oxidative stress. Oxidative stress is related to many diseases as we age. To list a few: Metabolic Disorders, Cardiovascular, Infectious Disease, Inflammation, M S., COPD, Diabetic Nephropathy, Psoriasis, Type 2 Diabetes, Age Related Macular Degeneration, Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Aspiration Pneumonitis, Brain Ischemia, Breast Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Chronic Kidney Disease, Fibromyalgia, Huntington Disease, Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Hypertension, Metastatic Melanoma, Mitochondrial Diseases, Nephropathy, Neuro Muscular Disorders, Neuroblastoma, Neurodegenerative Diseases, NAF Liver Disease, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Ovarian Cancer, Pulmonary Hypertension, and Radiation Toxicity. I take one that can reduce oxidative stress by 40% in 30 days.
- Relax, and never forget to pamper yourself. If you start to feel down, have a relaxing massage or spend some time in nature.
Something new and different, which I personally am using for myself, is a new frequency technology and I’ve had some really good results and so have my clients who have tried them. (I call it Youth-ing instead of aging!)
No supplements, no swallowing, no negative side effects, and extremely powerful for animals! Approved for Olympic athletes and Navy Seals (who this technology was originally designed for because they can’t even take an aspirin.)
They works on our infrared energy in our body and works like acupuncture does on meridians. The patches have crystals in them, that reflect our infrared energy and activate our own stem cells.
Here is a link to a video that explains how it works. (It’s short.)

If you wish to try them, My I D Number is 1439757 and my link will say “Organic Healthy Life “

My clients are having wonderful results using them. Let me know if you have any questions.
Text me at 214-202-9243.
I’ll call you back.
If you order as a preferred customer, ( save almost $100) make sure you order an order for today, and don’t simply set up an auto-ship. It’s a bit tricky to tell, but the auto ship will say auto-ship in the gray line above the order in the cart. You have to also order with your order if you want it to come now and not in a month.
(The silver package order is best, in my opinion, because you get the most for your money.)
Surround yourself with friends who are going through this same process or ones who’ve already experienced it. These are the best ways to help relieve stress, which is felt especially when you are adjusting to this new wonderful chapter of your life. Sharing your experiences of menopause with friends or family can be very comforting. You may find yourself laughing at the whole situation, which is very healing in itself.
With the right knowledge and correct attitude, a woman can successfully breeze through menopause with finesse!
