Ceylon cinnamon is the best cinnamon to use. Cassia, Saigon, and Chinese cinnamon contain five percent coumarin, which is problematic for the liver. Ceylon cinnamon has only .0004 percent coumarin.

Let’s raise our vibration and keep our immune system strong.
Please join me in putting on a smile wherever you are,
or whatever circumstances you may be in.
|
A smile can create health and well-being in your body.
Let’s allow our inner light to shine.
|
Put a smile on your face,
and let that light shine in your heart.
Holidays can be tough, and if they are,
I challenge you, my dearest friends,
to push through this…
put on some joyful music, smile, dance,
find something positive to think about
(no matter what is around you),
volunteer somewhere,
and be your beautiful, amazing,
incredible, unique, divine self!
|
From my family to yours,
I wish you a healthy, joyful, loving holiday season!!

|
Know that I love you, I am grateful for you,
and I have you in my heart now and always.
|
All my blessings and best wishes,
|
Love, Nancy
