Cholesterol is an extremely important topic with many of my health counseling clients.

Many of them are (or have been) on cholesterol-lowering drugs, or have been told by their medical doctors to keep their cholesterol low. As I have researched this over the years, I have come to the exact opposite conclusion.

Cholesterol is necessary in our bodies for a healthy life, and there is a lot of false information out there regarding cholesterol.

In this article, I am going to address some important information concerning cholesterol that you may find helpful, and possibly even surprising.

First of all, what is cholesterol? We are told there is a “Bad” Cholesterol: LDL and a “Good” Cholesterol: HDL. According to Websters Dictionary, cholesterol is a fat-like substance C27H46O that is found in the cells, tissues, and body fluids of humans and animals. It serves as a component of cell membranes, and functions as a precursor of Vitamin D and steroid hormones (such as cortisol, estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone). Fats are converted to cholesterol in the liver. Some fats sources are meat, eggs, and dairy products.

According to Parkinson’s Resource Organization, “Some 25 million Americans take these so-called “wonder drugs” to lower their “bad” cholesterol levels, but is this popular class of pharmaceuticals actually safe? NOPE! There are over 900 studies proving the adverse effects of statin drugs, including anemia, chronic fatigue, acidosis, liver dysfunction, thyroid disruption, PARKINSON’S, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, and, yes … even CANCER! That’s right. The latest available science suggests that this supposedly artery-scouring miracle medication may significantly increase your risk of developing cancer.”

According to Dr. Lee Merritt, a Navy Spine Surgeon, the brain is almost totally made of cholesterol and so are our body’s nerves. She said she read some studies conducted on cholesterol and heart disease, and the studies revealed that there is absolutely NO connection with cholesterol and heart disease.(1)

A recent study showed that statins and other cholesterol drugs did not reduce the risk of heart disease after all. (2) “The researchers claim doctors have overlooked evidence that suggests the drug is not effective. Statins are routinely prescribed to people thought to be at risk of heart disease. The research overturns decades of medical advice that states the opposite.”

In an article, “What’s the Best Predictor of Heart Disease?“ by Dr. Joseph Mercola, he writes:

According to Dr. Paul Saladino, the answer is no. With regard to total cholesterol, as far back as 1977, with the publication of the Framingham Study,1 no correlation between heart disease and total cholesterol could be found.

Low levels of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol was associated with coronary heart disease, but not high LDLs or total cholesterol. However, as noted by Saladino, low HDL is also associated with insulin resistance, and he believes this is part of the confusion.

Saladino suspects that what has been blamed on LDL (atherosclerosis) is due to insulin resistance, i.e., metabolic dysfunction. Insulin resistance/metabolic dysfunction, in turn, is primarily driven by excessive consumption of the omega-6 fat linoleic acid (LA).”

From my research, 350 was a normal cholesterol number before the pharmaceutical companies started creating these cholesterol-lowering drugs.

Dr. Stephanie Seneff, a senior researcher at MIT for 30 years has done extensive nutrition research concerning heart disease. She has spoken about cholesterol in many of the 8 shows she has been on with me. On my Organic Healthy Lifestyle podcast, she shares her research that heart disease is not caused by high cholesterol, but by a sulfur and Vitamin D deficiency. She said that cholesterol needs sulfur and Vitamin D, in order to work in unison to heal the body, like a symphony. She said when the body is lacking sulfur, and Vitamin D, the cholesterol is isolated and is unable to do it’s healing work. She said it waits for it’s partners in the arteries around the heart, because that is the first place it goes with it’s partners to heal the body. Click here to listen to one of the shows where she discusses this.
Dr. Merritt also stated that she read in the book, “Grain Brain: The Surprising Truth About Wheat, Carbs, and Sugar – Your Brain’s Silent Killers” by David Perlmutter M.D., that a cholesterol reading below 340 can lead to dementia. (3)

In addition to that, a study published in Quantitative medicine, “Does Low Cholesterol Cause Alzheimer’s?“, found that having LOW cholesterol contributes to Alzheimer’s.
“While recognized as one of the most commonly prescribed drugs, researchers are saying that statins and other cholesterol-lowering drugs may not reduce the risk of heart disease after all.”

That’s according to the British Medical Journal, following an analysis of 35 studies into the effects of the drugs, according to the Daily Mail. (5)

“Statins may not slash the risk of dying from heart disease: Controversial study claims the cheap cholesterol-busting pills offer no ‘consistent benefit. Scientists analysed 35 previous studies into the effects of the cheap drugs. Three quarters of trials reported no reduction in mortality among statin users. Statins are routinely prescribed to people thought to be at risk of heart disease.

Researchers systematically reviewed all published clinical trials comparing treatment with one of three types of cholesterol-lowering drugs – statins, ezetimibe and PCSK9, and found that the drugs have no consistent benefit.

Three-quarters of all trials reported no reduction in mortality among those on statins, with half suggesting that the pills did not prevent heart attacks or strokes, even though the common belief has been that targeting “bad” cholesterol with these drugs is the most effective way to lower risks of heart disease.”

As I learn more by discussing these things with Dr. Stephanie Seneff and other medical researchers, I have come to the conclusion that low cholesterol under 340 is dangerous to our health.

A quote from PUB MED study: Cholesterol: its regulation and role in central nervous system disorders (6)

“Cholesterol is a major constituent of the human brain, and the brain is the most cholesterol-rich organ. Numerous lipoprotein receptors and apolipoproteins are expressed in the brain. Cholesterol is tightly regulated between the major brain cells and is essential for normal brain development. The metabolism of brain cholesterol differs markedly from that of other tissues.

Brain cholesterol is primarily derived by de novo synthesis and the blood brain barrier prevents the uptake of lipoprotein cholesterol from the circulation.

Cholesterol is an important structural component of cellular membranes and myelin and a precursor of oxysterols, steroid hormones, and bile acids. Cholesterol is a major constituent of the human brain (with about 35 grams of cholesterol in an adult brain, and the brain is the most cholesterol-rich organ, containing about 20% of the body’s total cholesterol …

Cholesterol depletion leads to synaptic and dendritic spine degeneration, failed neurotransmission, and decreased synaptic plasticity. Cholesterol is a pivotal constituent of cell membranes, steroid hormones, and for the function of the hedgehog protein.

Defects in cholesterol metabolism lead to structural and functional central nervous system (CNS) diseases such as Smith-Lemli-Opitz syndrome], Niemann-Pick type C (NPC) disease, Huntington’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.”(6)

In addition, one study found that low cholesterol and low triglyceride levels can cause strokes in women.

“Conclusion: LDL-C levels <70 mg/dL and low triglyceride levels were associated with increased risk of hemorrhagic stroke among women.”(7)

Canada, England and Australia don’t see any evidence that dietary cholesterol has any significant impact on blood cholesterol and have no recommended cholesterol limits.

If that is not enough, a study published in Neurology, “Does low cholesterol increase your risk of nerve damage and hemorrhages?” with findings that suggests yes, low cholesterol can cause risk of nerve damage and homorrhages.(8)

So, if cholesterol is actually good for us, I am now going to expand on a cholesterol-rich food.

People tell me all the time that they are not eating eggs because of the cholesterol. They also tell me that they only eat egg whites or egg white omelets. I thought the same thing for a long time.

What I found out is that it is the “egg yolks” that contain an abundance of nutrition. Eggs contain cholesterol, and they also contain important B vitamins, unsaturated fats, sulphur, lutein and zeaxanthin (which contributes to eye health and a reduction of macular degeneration). Dr. Seneff says that organic pasture-raised egg yolks are like a complete vitamin. (9)

The egg whites have enzyme inhibitors, which for animals, like dogs, can cause serious health problems. So, for myself, I never eat egg whites without the egg yolk, and many times, I will eat the yolk and not the white. In my and Dr. Stephanie Seneff’s opinion, the egg yolk nutrients are heart healthy.

Cholesterol has held a bad reputation for many years, but an in-depth study by Harvard in 1999 found no connection with eggs and heart disease. So, for the majority of people, eggs may actually be good for their health.

When I was Larry Hagman’s personal chef/nutrition consultant, he had an organic omelet with baby spinach and some sliced fresh tomatoes almost every morning, along with a green smoothie. This made him feel fully satisfied longer.

Studies show that when people eat eggs for breakfast, that their meal is more sustaining. This may be due to the amount of protein and nutrition they provide. Thus, eggs may not only be good for your eye health, but also good for your waistline as well.

One more way to increase/improve your cholesterol in your body is to use pure organic coconut oil as your body lotion. The skin is the largest organ and the lotion will not only make your skin feel more smooth and less dry, it will also improve the cholesterol levels in your body.
What ever goes right on your skin, will get straight into the body in an effective way improving your overall health in many ways. I personally use cold-pressed, organic, pure coconut oil for cooking and for my body lotion.

In addition to this information, I will address one more subject regarding health and the heart. In an article, The Vast Overtreatment Of Blood Pressure, the doctor points out that there is a lack of scientific proof, and that most of the science used by the main stream medical in the US is flawed and in some cases, inacurate information, concerning blood pressure and cholesterol, so they can prescribe drugs to people, which can actually cause higher rates of death.

I recently spoke to a Parkinson’t Support Group, according to the Parkinson’s Foundation, 2022, almost one million people in the U.S. are living with Parkinson’s disease (PD). About 60,000 Americans are diagnosed with it each year. More than 10 million people worldwide are living with PD.

Through my research into many studies, it has revealed to me that environmental toxicants including pesticides, herbicides, and other pollutants are the most probable cause or link to an increased risk of developing Parkinson’s disease. So, let’s look at these toxicants.

Pesticides
One 2011 study identified Paraquat and Rotenone as the two pesticides that were strongly associated with Parkinson’s. The study further explained that PD risk was associated with lifetime use of these pesticides.
In 2017, the first Paraquat lawsuit was filed in Missouri in behalf of farmers and agricultural workers who subsequently developed Parkinson’s disease after occupational pesticide exposure involving Paraquat.
A 2019 Washington State study revealed a link between premature mortality from Parkinson’s disease and exposure to glyphosate and paraquat (in which glyphosate is an active ingredient). Glyphosate has been associated with premature morality from Parkinson’s Disease.

Organic Pollutants
Exposure to organic pollutants like polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and organochlorine pesticides has also been linked to an increased risk of developing PD. PCBs were used in various industrial settings until they were banned in the 1970s. A 2000 study found an increase in Parkinson’s disease cases which may have resulted from exposure to PCBs.
Heavy Metals
Numerous epidemiologic studies have suggested the role of air pollution in the risk of PD. Heavy metals including copper, lead, mercury, and manganese, (which are also airborne metals that are emitted into the air) may be linked to the development of Parkinson’s.

Agent Orange
Agent Orange is a defoliant chemical that was used to a great extent during the Vietnam war. Exposure to Agent Orange has been associated with birth defects and multiple types of cancer. In 2010, the Department of Veteran Affairs added Parkinson’s disease to the list of conditions that are potentially associated with exposure to the chemical.

My Top Suggestions For Natural Remedies

1. Eat organic, high-quality, fresh food.
2. Drink good-quality mineral-rich water.
3. Do a Bentonite Clay cleanse.
4. Exercise and sweat (you can use an infrared sauna).
5. Supplement your diet with organic apple cider vinegar.
6. Clean your home, garden, and body with toxin-free cleaners.
7. Use Lifewave patches.

A Healthy Eating Plan

It is shown that Parkinson’s patients who eat a whole-food, nutrient-dense diet that includes plenty of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables, and a limited amount of high-quality, non-processed, organic meats (that are free of antibiotics, hormones, and additives), live longer, higher-quality lives.

People with Parkinson’s should eat a variety of organic sprouted whole grains, organic vegetables, organic fruits, organic, non-pasteurized milk and dairy products, and organic, non-processed protein-rich foods such as meat and sprouted organic beans.

Include organic, raw, sprouted nuts, extra-virgin olive oil, pure coconut oil, fresh water fish, and pasture raised, organic fresh humanely raised eggs to your diet, for their beneficial fats.

Make sure to use the right type of mineral-rich pink salt, such as Redmond’s “Real” Salt or Himalayan Salt. (Throw out any white salt. It’s been bleached, and is unhealthy, and is read by the body as toxic.)
Make sure you are hydrating properly with pure organic coconut water and pure filtered water with the minerals added back in. A great selection of mineral-rich bottled water is “Crazy Water” #3 or #4 (HEB, Tom Thumb, Albertson’s, Kroger, and Natural Grocer all carry it.) Avoid municipal tap water.
Avoiding processed foods and those that contain preservatives, synthetic ingredients, antibiotics, MSG, fructose, high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, vegetable oils (containing soy, corn, cotton, and/or canola), and other chemicals is also very beneficial.

Never use a microwave in any way. It destroys the integrity of the food and water molecules in the food or liquid, and infuses it with chaotic energy that disrupts the harmonic energy of the body. Use a cup warmer, an electric kettle, a toaster oven, or a normal oven or stove top. It is well worth the effort.

To improve your health,
eat Certified Organic all the time,
when possible.

Some eating guidelines are:

1. Enjoy organic raw fruits and vegetables in their natural form, preferably vine or tree-ripened (avoid drinking any type of fruit juice or carbonated drink). These organic fruits and veggies in their natural form and vine or tree ripened provide antioxidants to help reduce free radical damage and lower inflammation. Consuming fresh fruits and veggies also help provide
fiber and natural pure quality water for hydration,
which can help prevent constipation.

2. Consuming healthy fats like omega 3 fatty-acids. Healthy omega 3’s must be obtained from a food source. Most people are very low in omega 3 fatty acids. These omega 3 fatty acids support brain function and health, help the body absorb more nutrition, can provide more energy, elevate dopamine levels, and are anti-inflammatory.
Consume foods like avocado, pure unprocessed coconut and coconut oil, pastured butter, sprouted nuts or seeds like walnuts and flax, and cold-pressed hemp or flax seed oils. Adding cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil or hemp seed oil can provide vitamin E. Vitamin E is an important antioxidant. Vitamin E can be depleted by the chemical “chlorine” in tap water and swimming pools.

3. Eating a mostly vegetarian diet and minimalizing protein in the diet, has been shown to help reduce the symptoms of Parkinson’s.

4. Drink Green Tea daily. Green tea contains polyphenol antioxidants that help fight free radicals. It also contains theanine, which elevates dopamine levels in the brain.

Pour hot (not boiling) water over green tea, let it brew for about 15-20 minutes, then drink. Try drinking three cups a day to reap the most benefits.
Some recommended organic green teas are:

a. Tulsi tea (a good brand is Organic India.) – Tulsi tea is also known as holy basil and tulasi, and is one of the most revered herbs in the Ayurvedic pharmacy. Considered sacred, this herb has been revered for centuries due to its ability to impart clarity and lightness to the body, mind, and spirit.
b. Davidson’s Herbal Tea with Chamomile Flower.
c. Numi Organic Tea.

Foods To Avoid

Try to cut down or eliminate:
non-organic, non-sprouted grains, seeds, nuts, quinoa, rice, from the diet.
GMO foods
Microwaved food
Processed foods
Processed beverages
Fast Foods
Sugar or artificial sweeteners
Alcohol – it can disrupt neurologic functioning and contribute to mood changes or complications.
Gut inflaming foods like shellfish, peanuts, gluten, and non-organic pasteurized dairy.

Supplements that can help with Parkinson’s

Coenzyme Q10 (1,200 milligrams daily): A powerful antioxidant that can help slow the progression of Parkinson’s disease. Studies have shown very low levels of coenzyme Q10 in the brain and blood of Parkinson’s patients.
Liposomal Vitamin C (750 milligrams, 4x daily): Can be used as an antioxidant to prevent free-radical damage. Also supports strong immune function.
Vitamin E (400 IU daily): An important antioxidant that supports the brain.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids (1,000 milligrams daily): Help reduce inflammation and support neurological health.

Vitamin D and Magnesium. To maintain bone health, make sure your diet includes plenty of magnesium and Vitamin D. Vitamin D can’t be metabolized without sufficient magnesium levels, meaning Vitamin D remains stored and inactive for as many as 50 percent of Americans.

Natural Detoxification Systems
These can help in removing the body’s harmful toxins
that have been or are causing the problems.

Bentonite clay is a volcanic ash containing many minerals. Historically, Native Americans used it for detoxifying and cleansing their bowels. They called it Ee-Wah-Kee, meaning “the mud that heals.” Bentonite has the ability to bind with toxins, drugs, electricity, and heavy metals, and draw them out of the body.
You may wonder: If it is binding with these, does it bind with nutrients and pull them out too? Some studies have demonstrated that for bentonite clay to be harmful, 50 percent of a person’s food intake would have to be bentonite clay.[i] Nevertheless, I recommend you don’t do this cleanse very often, and make sure that after the cleanse you add some extra nutrients to your body.

Some people put the bentonite clay into their bath water (one cup in a tub of water) to help pull toxins from the body. The clay can dry out your skin though.

Strongly polarized, bentonite clay has a powerful electromagnetic field when hydrated. It can attract and hold on to forms of radiation, and it has the ability to pick up a great deal more than its own weight in positively charged particles. Dr. Jensen, ND, DC, PhD, suggested using bentonite to absorb radiation from bones, which are subjected to radiation through the use of X-rays, computers, television, and radiation treatments for cancer.

The medical community has found clay to have amazing healing properties. One study by a research duo from Arizona State University’s Biodesign Institute and College of Liberal Arts and Sciences found:
Unlike conventional antibiotics routinely administered by injection or pills, the so-called “healing clays” could be applied as rub-on creams or ointments to keep MRSA infections from spreading. . . The clays also show promise against a wide range of other harmful bacteria, including those that cause skin infections and food poisoning. . . Their study, one of the first to explore the antimicrobial activity of natural clays in detail, was presented at the 235th National Meeting of the American Chemical Society, the world’s largest scientific society. . .

Clays have been used for thousands of years as a remedy for infected wounds, indigestion, and other health problems, either by applying clay to the skin or eating it. Cleopatra’s famed beauty has been credited to her use of clay facials. Today, clays are still commonly used at health spas in the form of facials and mud baths. However, armed with new investigative tools, researchers Shelley Haydel and Lynda Williams are putting the clays to the test, scientifically.

“Clays are little chemical drug stores in a packet,” says study co-leader Williams, a geochemist in the School of Earth and Space Exploration.[ii]
In addition to finding that MRSA (met
hicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) was susceptible to bentonite clays, they found the clays exhibited antimicrobial effects against Mycobacterium ulcerans (which is related to tuberculosis, and results in a flesh-digesting disease) and two causes of food poisoning: E. coli and Salmonella.

However, pregnant women and people on pharmaceutical medications should avoid consuming bentonite clay, according to Dr. Akilah M. El, and everyone should “avoid taking bentonite clay within two hours of consumption of any medicine, including supplements.”[iii] This is because bentonite clay can absorb other molecules and might bind to some medications or supplements, affecting their absorption.
Bentonite clay can be used externally or internally. Arizona State University found that some bentonite clays were contaminated. So, only use food-grade bentonite clay (Sonne’s #7 detoxificant) that is specifically labeled safe for internal use. Consult your physician if you have concerns.

Use a wood, plastic, ceramic, or glass bowl and spoon when using bentonite clay. Avoid using a metal bowl and spoon, because the metal will react with the clay and reduce most of its healing properties.
Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits

Apple Cider Vinegar is a natural, fermented vinegar made from fermented apple cider. Added to the apple juice is yeast, which causes fermentation. The yeast naturally converts the sugar found in the apples to alcohol. The primary health ingredient in apple cider vinegar is acetic acid. It is the acetic acid which gives ACV its health benefits. Acetic acid has a sour taste.
The health benefits of the acetic acid include: balanced blood sugar levels, improved digestion, reduction in inflammation, and lowered blood pressure. The acetic acid slows the breakdown of starch into sugar. This helps balance blood sugar levels. Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who was a senior researcher at MIT, focused some of her studies was on toxins in the environment, and how they can affect your health.
She told me that having some organic apple cider vinegar in a small glass of water can help flush out the toxic herbicide ingredient, glyphosate, from the liver.
Apple cider vinegar that is less processed and contains the “Mother,” is the healthiest. A popular brand is Bragg’s. They’re known for an organic, raw, unfiltered, unprocessed and low sugar product.
The health benefits of having some apple cider vinegar are that it contains high vitamin and mineral content, including vitamins A, B complex, C, and Beta Carotene, and the minerals include: sodium, phosphorous, iron, potassium, calcium and magnesium, as well as some complex amino acids, enzymes and pectin.

2. Essential oils for Parkinson’s –

Using essential oils may effectively reduce and calm some of the symptoms associated with Parkinson’s disease such as depression, sleep trouble, skin inflammation and digestive issues. Helichrysum and Frankincense oil have been shown to reduce inflammation of the brain, and vetiver oil has been found to reduce tremors. Rub 2 drops of frankincense, helichrysum and vetiver oil on the temples and neck two times daily or put 2 drops of frankincense on the roof of the mouth.
They carry these essential oils at Young Living Oils.

3. Exercises and Other Movement Remedies

Washington University School of Medicine reports that exercise is at the forefront of Parkinson’s treatment.
Numerous studies now show that exercise seems to have many anti-inflammatory, antidepressant and neuroprotective mechanisms that improve cognitive health. Animal studies have revealed many exercise-related protective effects including reductions in dopaminergic neurotoxins, improved brain neurotrophic factors, improved neuroplasticity, as well as reduced risk of dementia and cognitive impairments. With exercise, you should Stretch to Prevent Stiff Muscles.
Gentle exercise and stretching make everyday tasks easier. They can also help reduce stiffness, soreness and pain.

4. Practice Mind-Body Exercises Like Tai Chi

Tai chi is the Chinese martial art of slow, rhythmic movement. Research conducted by the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at West China Hospital shows that in Parkinson’s patients, tai chi is great for maintaining strength and balance, reducing risk for falls, and can also helps alleviate anxiety or depression. (13) Source: https://draxe.com/health/natural-remedies-anxiety/
An hour of tai chi twice a week is recommended for helping with stability, coordination and tasks like walking.

5. Participate in Water Aerobics

Trouble balancing, muscle loss, strength decline and stiffness can make traditional exercises difficult. Water aerobics can have the same benefits as other types of conventional exercise without the risk of falling. Avoid chlorinated water, because it is toxic and can cause the loss of vitamin E, and the chlorine turns cholesterol to plaque.

6. Stay Hydrated

Muscles can spasm when your fluid intake is low or when you’ve been consuming diuretics that increase urination, including alcohol, some herbal teas, or certain medications and prescriptions. That’s because your body only has so much fluid to go around, so when you’re running low and experiencing dehydration, fluid is drawn away from muscles. Instead your body prioritizes, keeping vital fluids in parts of your body that are needed to keep you alive (your brain and other vital organs).
The problem is that there are many nerves that connect to muscles and control your movements, but these only work properly when they’re surrounded by enough water and sodium (pink salt). When this ratio is off and you’re dehydrated, muscles become hypersensitive and involuntarily contract.

7. Acupuncture

According to the Neurodegenerative Disease Research Group at King’s College in London, recent research has shown that acupuncture can relieve Parkinson’s symptoms by generating a neural response in areas of the brain that are particularly affected by inflammation, such as the putamen and the thalamus.
Acupuncture has been used for centuries to help reduce pain, anxiety, insomnia and stiffness. Now it’s suggested that it can even help slow cell death and attenuate oxidative stress that causes damage to dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra.

8. Chiropractic Care

Since “PD affects the central nervous system primarily, keeping this part of the body functioning optimally is a must. Parkinson’s disease is a slow-acting disease that progresses in stages and affects the brain and muscle function. It is a brain disorder directly related to the nervous system which often causes shaking or tremors, specifically in the hands.” Recent studies have shown that chiropractic care has been proven to improve symptoms of Parkinson’s disease. Because of this, regular visits to a chiropractor may be extremely helpful for those with Parkinson’s or those at risk of developing it.

“Dopamine plays an important role in how the brain functions. In individuals with Parkinson’s disease, nerve cells are unable to produce the required amount of dopamine that the brain and body need to function smoothly. Neurologically-based chiropractic care can focus on improving nerve function by removing spinal misalignments. These misalignments can cause interference which disrupts communication in the body. Gentle adjustments will remove these misalignments and allow nerve cells to function at optimal levels of health so that they ensure proper dopamine production and improve Parkinson’s symptoms.”

“Misalignments of the spine add to muscle stiffness, as vertebrae that are out of alignment can pull on muscles, causing tightness, tension, and pain. Chiropractic care focuses on restoring proper alignment and relieving muscles stiffness so muscles can work together more smoothly and effectively. This can help those with Parkinson’s get around easier, improve muscle control, and avoid dangerous accidents.”
“Chiropractic can slow down the progression of Parkinson’s disease substantially to improve the quality of life for those with the disease as well as for their family members and caretakers.” PHARMACEUTICAL Medication may help with managing symptoms, but it only MASKS the symptoms and CAN CAUSE other potentially harmful side effects.

“Chiropractic care seeks to address the root cause of the problem. This improves nerve function to decrease symptoms, increase health and function, and improve overall quality of life.”
