I had a wonderful time at the Taste of NFL last night at the fundraiser for the North Texas Food Bank. Beautiful evening with some of the best restaurants in town serving up some delicious food at Lake Grapevine.

I met Jason Garrett, the coach of the Dallas Cowboys. It was a night of fun with many of the Dallas Cowboys there to support the North Dallas Food Bank.

Larry calls it J.R. Gives Back to Dallas. Evil does Good. It was a perfect evening for the outdoor event.

Linda Gray and Patrick Duffy were there to cheer Larry and his new foundation on!

Linda looked gorgeous up there with Patrick as they told stories about Larry and their relationship on the show.

Asleep at the Wheel played wonderful music. It was a delightful evening. Larry is one of my former clients and I love seeing him!

Larry gave Nancy and her book, a marvelous testimony, “How To Be A Healthy Vegetarian.”

I never in a million years thought I would be eating this kind of food and loving it Nancy Addison knows what she is talking about. When I first started eating vegetarian food, I was hungry all of the time. Then I met Nancy and started eating her food.

Nancy’s food is really, really, really delicious and now I feel full and satisfied! I used to eat steak and eggs for breakfast, barbecue pork for lunch, and fried catfish for dinner.

Now, I have embraced Nancy’s philosophy of vegetarian food. For me at 80, this sounded like an enormous undertaking and commitment.

Within the first week, I could feel the effects of healthy food and healthy living and am embracing the vegetable world. I have more energy than I ever had, and I feel great. She has opened my eyes to a different world. Once you get used to the intricacy of buying, eating, and preparing healthy food, it is really very simple.

With her guidance, you start enjoying life with a whole new perspective.

After eating Nancy’s food for only five days, my blood sugar and my blood pressure were at the most optimum levels, on a consistent basis, for the first time in 16 years.
