<h3>Dr. Elise Bassin found a strong, statistically-significant relationship between “fluoride exposure during the 6th through 8th years of life (the “mid-childhood growth spurt”) and the later development of osteosarcoma among young males.”</h3>
<h3>There have been NO long-term studies that found that <a class="yiv2450414723" href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34597567/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">fluoride</a> in the water was beneficial, and in fact, studies show that fluoride causes many other detrimental health problems.</h3>
<h3>Some of the earliest opponents to fluoridation were biochemists. If this gland is harmed with this chemical, fluoride, it can cause depression and anxiety. Serotonin also supports the creation of melatonin a hormone that is essential for sleep (circadian rhythms), a lack of melatonin can cause insomnia.</h3>
<h3>The National Research Council stated, “Fluoride is likely to cause decreased melatonin production and to have other effects on normal pineal function, which in turn could contribute to a variety of effects in humans” (NRC, 2006, p. 256).</h3>
<h3>Many cities spend a great deal of money (as much as $1,000,000.00 or more) on purchasing the toxic waste from the fertilizer plants to put into the water supply. It is legally labeled “toxic waste” until the city purchases it, and then it is legally called “a product,” simply because it has been “purchased.”</h3>

&#8216;Moderate&#8217; doses of fluoride cause spinal deformities and increased hip fracture tendency and kidney and gall stones. Higher levels cause death and are responsible for its major industrial use as a rodenticide.</h3>
<h3>Solubility calculations indicate that <a class="yiv2450414723" href="https://www.nationalacademies.org/read/11571/chapter/10?inf_contact_key=4d49f76f3b38ab1e348ae648499b669a680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1#262" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">fluoride</a> doses required to decrease calcium below physiological blood levels are comparable to those present in poisoned victims&#8217; tissues and to those causing decreased beat rates in isolated heart cells in culture. Acute lethal poisoning and many of the chronic &#8216;low&#8217; level effects of fluoride are mediated by calcium binding by the fluoride ion.</h3>

They have really nice dental packages. They are fairly inexpensive. I think they are something everyone should use.</h3>
<h3>To use it, you put the<a class="yiv2450414723" href="https://www.primallifeorganics.com/?idev_id=564" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external"> tongue scraper </a>at the back of your tongue and gently bring it forward along your tongue, and then repeat. If you have a tongue that is coated with debris, bacteria and dead cells, then a tongue scraping may be helpful. It makes your mouth feel so much cleaner and fresher.</h3>
<h3><u class="yiv2450414723bard-text-block yiv2450414723style-scope">Whiten Teeth </u></h3>

<h3>Be careful about which mouthwash you use. Like I said before, you don’t want to kill the beneficial bacteria in your mouth, so be careful and avoid a mouthwash that “kills bacteria.” It may not be selective and may kill the beneficial oral biome bacteria that keeps the harmful bacteria in control.</h3>
<h3>Alcohol is used in many mouthwashes. Mouthwashes with a content of 25 percent or higher have been implicated in mouth, tongue, and throat cancers.</h3>
<h3>Another ingredient to watch out for in mouthwash is potassium bromate. It is used in sports drinks, citrus flavored drinks, breads, crackers, baked goods, and mouthwashes.</h3>
<h3>Why should we look out for potassium bromate? Our thyroid is our master gland. It is central to all of our body’s major functions. It influences our metabolism, digestion, energy, body temperature, skin, hair, sleep, mental acuity, nervous system, sexual organs, and hormonal system. In fact, it would be very difficult to find a system that is not influenced by the thyroid.</h3>
<h3>The main nutrient that supports our thyroid is iodine. What does this mean if we ingest potassium bromate? We have a certain amount of space for the iodine in our thyroid. When we ingest potassium bromate, it acts like iodine. It will take up the space for iodine and actually prevent your body from absorbing the iodine it needs. This contributes to iodine deficiency and cancer.</h3>
<h3>Brazil, China, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union have all prohibited the use of this chemical compound. Check the ingredient lists carefully, and if it&#8217;s added under a certain percentage, the FDA doesn&#8217;t require them to list it on the label. This is something to be aware of in many products.<br />

If we think stress will harm us, then it will. So, be mindful of how you focus on things.</h4>
<h4>A soothing hot bath or foot soak at the end of the day is always a wonderful way to relax and release stress. I add some magnesium chloride to the bath, along with some lavender essential oils for a truly relaxing bath.</h4>
<h4>Along with that, here are some additional techniques on how to get a handle on stress, and boost the immune system as well!</h4>
<h4><u class="bard-text-block style-scope">First<br />
</u><br />
Breathe!<br />
Breathe deeply into the diaphragm. I can&#8217;t emphasize this enough. When we are stressed, we tend to hold our breath and/or only breathe into our upper lungs. When we do this, it cuts off much of the oxygen to the brain, which makes it harder to think. This type of shallow breathing tells the body that we are in a fight or flight mode.</h4>
<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope">Most importantly, shallow breathing breaks down our immune system. Research that has been done with deep breathing exercises has shown an immediate positive impact affecting blood pressure and the PH of the blood.</h4>

<h4>According to Sternberg, when you&#8217;re stressed, the immune system&#8217;s ability to do its job to fight infections is seriously compromised. If you want to handle a stressful situation, and boost the immune system, and ultimately feel better, you need to breathe deeply and slowly on a regular basis. It&#8217;s free, easy, and you can do it anytime and anywhere!</h4>
<h4>Pranayama yoga uses breath work as a regular part of their practice.</h4>

Mladen Golubic, who was a physician at the Cleveland Clinic&#8217;s Center for Integrative Medicine</a>, says &#8220;You can influence asthma; you can influence chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; and you can influence heart failure.” There are studies which show that people with these conditions who practice breathing exercises regularly, benefit greatly.</h4>
<h4><u class="bard-text-block style-scope">Second </u></h4>
<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope">Eat whole organic foods (that are in their pure form, not from a package or fast-food container), and eliminate caffeinated beverages from your diet.</h4>
<h4>Many people rely on and become dependent on beverages that contain various forms of caffeine to help them deal with fatigue, which can be caused by stress.</h4>
<h4>Caffeine will actually raise the level of stress hormones in the body, is a bowel irritant, and is also dehydrating. Get off the roller coaster of caffeine and try for a steady, even stride of energy.</h4>
<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope">Hydrate your body with abundant amounts of water first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up and before eating anything. Then eat a densely nutritious breakfast. When our body is really fed on a deep cellular level, we are giving the body the fuel it needs to run on.</h4>
<h4>Dehydration is a major cause of disease and illness, so hydrate with water or coconut water between meals. We need to drink as much water in the cold months as we do in the warm months. Central heating can dehydrate us.</h4>
<h4>Don&#8217;t drink water with meals. Drinking water with meals tends to make us not chew our food as well as we should. Avoiding liquids with meals can encourage you to chew your food until it&#8217;s liquid, and better able to be digested.</h4>
<h4>Drink water between meals for hydration. Add a tiny bit of whole unrefined sea salt (electrolyte is a fancy medical term for salt) to the water for additional minerals. This will help the body absorb the water more effectively.</h4>
<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><u class="bard-text-block style-scope">Third </u></h4>
<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope">Get a good night’s sleep.<br />
Every night, make the last 30 minutes before bed a time of reflection, gratitude and positive, peaceful thoughts. Sleeping is where our body rejuvenates itself. A good night&#8217;s sleep can make a world of difference in our health and well-being. What we focus on before bed is what our mind is going to ponder over for hours throughout the night.</h4>
<h4>Make a list of the things that are on your mind, and also list the things that need to be done the next day. Put them down and get them out of your head. Release any thoughts about problems, and shift the focus to solutions.</h4>
<h4>Have your sleeping space free of clutter and electronics. Make sure that your bedroom is completely dark. Light can disrupt the sleeping pattern, even if it is just a little nightlight. This will create a more peaceful healing environment.</h4>
<h4>Free up the mind by taking about 20 or 30 minutes to focus the mind on something positive, joyful and peaceful.</h4>
<h4>Studies done by the Heartmath Institute show that when we focus on positive thoughts like gratitude, compassion or caring, we can actually stimulate healing responses in the body to the point of even activating our own stem cells.</h4>
<h4>Meditate, and if you like, you can do it with some soft uplifting music or sounds of running water. If you do need to do something, then read or watch something that is uplifting, positive and relaxing. If you can&#8217;t seem to sit still or have problems keeping your mind quiet, try one of Dr. Joe Dispenza&#8217;s walking meditations. The walking meditations are wonderful and they are my favorite mediations these days.</h4>

<h4><strong>Every day, the average person exposes themselves to more than 100 chemicals from soaps, cosmetics, and other personal care products, like toothpaste or mouthwash. Many of these ingredients (chemicals) have been clinically researched and shown to cause serious health problems, including cancers. In fact over 80,000+ chemicals used in body care products have never been properly tested for safety by federal regulatory agencies.</strong></h4>

Clay is the perfect ingredient to put in the mouth for cleaning teeth, because it has the minerals the teeth needs, and it also pulls toxins out. <h4><strong>Toxins are positively charged ions, (an ion is a charged atom), which are also called free-radicals. The good bacteria is your immune system. The good bacteria prevents the overgrowth of bad bacteria and prevents an acidic environment. This lack of beneficial bacteria and an acidic environment is what destroys the gums, which support the teeth.</strong><br />
<strong>Clay alkalizes the mouth&#8217;s environment, helps rebuild the good bacteria, and remineralizes the teeth.</strong></h4>

<h4><strong>Dr. Elise Bassin found a strong, statistically-significant relationship between “fluoride exposure during the 6th through 8th years of life (the “mid-childhood growth spurt”) and the later development of osteosarcoma among young males.”</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>There have been<a href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/blog/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=e2d4fd91ff5c432cf1c326a069f45ee1" target="_blank" rel="noopener external noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external"> NO long-term studies that found that fluoride in the water was beneficial, and in fact, studies show that fluoride causes many other detrimental health problems.</a></strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Some of the earliest opponents to fluoridation were biochemists. Dr. James Sumner, a Nobel Laureate biochemist at Cornell University says: “Everybody knows fluorine and fluorides are very poisonous substances… We use them in enzyme chemistry to poison enzymes, those vital agents in the body. That is the reason things are poisoned; because the enzymes are poisoned and that is why animals and people die.&#8221;</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Health Effects of fluoride &#8211;</strong></h4>
<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><strong><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://fluoridealert.org/issues/health/?inf_contact_key=eda4ffff68ab73c3a8bedc2ffaec13c9&amp;inf_contact_key=423eadf070d6826b49135063a844a144" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Fluoride is a highly toxic substance that can cause a range of adverse health effects. Certain members of the public are at particularly high risk of harm.</a></strong></h4>
<h4><strong>We need to have pure water to drink, but fluoride is not added to the water to purify the water. It is added with the idea that it helps prevent tooth decay, but the studies done on tooth decay were done with calcium fluoride. The fluoride added to our drinking water is different.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>They add <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/blog/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=3102badbbc453091d95c7c6631fa4599" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">sodium fluoride and fluorosilicic acid, that can be contaminated with lead and arsenic, and are actually toxic waste from aluminum and fertilizer factories. So, this is NOT going to help prevent dental decay.</a></strong></h4>
<h4><strong>&#8220;Fluoride is a toxic industrial waste classified as a Schedule Seven – S7 Poison. It is a banned biocide in Europe, utilized in many prescription drugs as well as being the main ingredient in rat and cockroach poison.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Fluoride accumulates in bone and soft tissue. The pineal is a light receptive endocrine gland responsible for the production of serotonin. Serotonin, also known as 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HTP), neurotransmitter also acts as a hormone, which is a mood enhancer). If this gland is harmed with this chemical, fluoride, it can cause depression and anxiety. Serotonin also supports the creation of melatonin a hormone that is essential for sleep (circadian rhythms), a lack of melatonin can cause insomnia.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>The <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/blog/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=3102badbbc453091d95c7c6631fa4599" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">National Research Council stated, “Fluoride is likely to cause decreased melatonin production and to have other effects on normal pineal function, which in turn could contribute to a variety of effects in humans” (NRC, 2006, p. 256).</a></strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Many cities spend a great deal of money (as much as $1,000,000.00 or more) on purchasing the toxic waste from the fertilizer plants to put into the water supply. It is legally labeled “toxic waste” until the city purchases it, and then it is legally called “a product,” simply because it has been “purchased.”</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Summary on fluoride:</strong><br />
<strong>This is a product that has been proven:</strong><br />
<strong>to NOT be the correct type of fluoride,</strong><br />
<strong>to NOT work in an ingested form,</strong><br />
<strong>to be an unapproved drug that cannot be regulated in dosage,</strong><br />
<strong>to cause osteosarcoma in males, well known alterations in teeth and bone structure and calcification of tendons and ligaments.</strong><br />
<strong>&#8216;Moderate&#8217; doses of fluoride cause spinal deformities and increased hip fracture tendency and kidney and gall stones. Higher levels cause death and are responsible for its major industrial use as a rodenticide.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Solubility calculations indicate that fluoride doses required to decrease calcium below physiological blood levels are comparable to those present in poisoned victims&#8217; tissues and to those causing decreased beat rates in isolated heart cells in culture. Acute lethal poisoning and many of the chronic &#8216;low&#8217; level effects of fluoride are mediated by calcium binding by the fluoride ion.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong><u class="bard-text-block style-scope">2. Glycerin </u></strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Glycerin is another ingredient commonly found in toothpastes. It coats the mineral deficient teeth with a layer that prevents the tooth from being able to remineralize. As an example, when you cover something with plastic wrap, nothing gets through it. Glycerin acts in the same way.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>The teeth need these minerals. The clay can remove the glycerin from the tooth and allow the tooth to remineralize.</strong></h4>

<h4 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><strong><u class="bard-text-block style-scope"> Mouthwash </u></strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Be careful about which mouthwash you use. Like I said before, you don’t want to kill the beneficial bacteria in your mouth, so be careful and avoid a mouthwash that “kills bacteria.” It may not be selective and may kill the beneficial oral biome bacteria that keeps the harmful bacteria in control.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Alcohol is used in many mouthwashes. Mouthwashes with a content of 25 percent or higher have been implicated in mouth, tongue, and throat cancers.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Another ingredient to watch out for in mouthwash is potassium bromate. It is used in sports drinks, citrus flavored drinks, breads, crackers, baked goods, and mouthwashes.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>Why should we look out for potassium bromate? Our thyroid is our master gland. It is central to all of our body’s major functions. It influences our metabolism, digestion, energy, body temperature, skin, hair, sleep, mental acuity, nervous system, sexual organs, and hormonal system. In fact, it would be very difficult to find a system that is not influenced by the thyroid.</strong></h4>
<h4><strong>The main nutrient that supports our thyroid is iodine. What does this mean if we ingest potassium bromate? We have a certain amount of space for the iodine in our thyroid. Every day, the average person exposes themselves to more than 100 chemicals from soaps, cosmetics, and other personal care products, like toothpaste or mouthwash. Many of these ingredients (chemicals) have been clinically researched and shown to cause serious health problems, including cancers.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">In fact over 80,000+ chemicals used in body care products have never been properly tested for safety by federal regulatory agencies.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">According to <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="http://www.naturopath4you.com/mp3s/VitaminC_part-1.MP3?inf_contact_key=a6088e4ebaaf67a0a541bb455566e74b680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Dr. Thomas Levy &#8211; lawyer and cardiologist, many chronic health conditions are a result of poor dental health and toxic teeth.</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">So, here is some basic information to get you started in the right direction:</p>
<h3 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><em><strong>Toothpaste</strong></em></h3>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">If you read the boxes of some name-brand toothpastes and mouthwashes, you may see a warning to immediately call poison control if you swallow them.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">The warnings are usually only on the box and not on the tube or bottle itself. We shouldn’t be putting any kind of poison in our mouths at all because the mouth is highly absorbent.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">I buy brands that are free of poison and not harmful to my body.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">A toothpaste that I just learned about is much better than any of the others. <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.idevaffiliate.com/32863/564.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">It is by Primal Life Organics and it was developed by a nurse who has really figured out a lot about dental health.</a> <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.idevaffiliate.com/32863/564.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">She truly understands teeth, toxicity, how the tooth enamel works, and how it affects the gums, and other dental situations.</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">One of the ingredients in the toothpaste that she has created is clay. Clay is the perfect ingredient to put in the mouth for cleaning teeth, because it has the minerals the teeth needs, and it also pulls toxins out. It cuts down on plaque, helps reduce bad bacteria in the mouth, and helps regrow the good bacteria that support the immune system.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Toxins are positively charged ions, which are also called free radicals (an ion is a charged atom). Clays are excellent at binding toxins, because they are negatively charged ions and they attract and bind well with these positively charged toxins. Then the clay (binding the toxins) can be effectively eliminated though the digestive process.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">What most people don’t realize is that the oral biome (oral immune system) is the first place toxins can enter the body. If the oral biome (immune system) is not strong enough, then those toxins can enter into the gut and that immune system’s biome is quite different. Some toxins will thrive in that gut environment, like H. Pylori or E. Coli.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">The stomach or intestinal bacteria are not able to kill particular toxins, like those bacteria that should ideally be eliminated by the good bacteria in the mouth. Most mouthwashes or toothpastes actually destroy those beneficial bacteria that would make up the oral biome (immune system) in the mouth.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">If you look on some of the toothpaste or mouthwash packages, they will say, &#8220;kills bacteria.&#8221; But you don’t want to kill all your bacteria. The good bacteria is your immune system. The good bacteria prevents the overgrowth of bad bacteria and prevents an acidic environment. This lack of beneficial bacteria and an acidic environment is what destroys the gums, which support the teeth. Clay alkalizes the mouth&#8217;s environment, helps rebuild the good bacteria, and remineralizes the teeth.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">The clay can also help bind with the toxins, like heavy metals or glyphosate (an antibiotic herbicide) that we get from water and conventionally grown foods, etc. The clay can help detoxify the tissues as you are brushing your teeth.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">This clay can help you rebuild the beneficial bacteria that can kill J. pylori, E. Coli, or Streptococcus mutans, which are the leading bacteria that cause cavities and gingivitis. Your teeth are like bone. They are porous and a living part of your body.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">People with digestive problems may actually find that their health improves if they boost their oral biome (good bacteria in their mouth), and remineralize their teeth and gums, while also removing toxins. The digestive process actually starts in the mouth.</p>
<h3 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><strong><em>Some ingredients to avoid &#8211;</em></strong></h3>

<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Many people are still under the illusion that fluoride is good for teeth, but fluoride is a neurotoxin and is an accumulative poison.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=842adb11416c86e72db0aee1ec13db8f680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Fluoride is particularly harmful to young males having growth spurts, which manifests itself as osteosarcoma (rare bone cancer) in their late teens or early 20’s.</a> <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=842adb11416c86e72db0aee1ec13db8f680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Dr. Elise Bassin found a strong, statistically-significant relationship between “fluoride exposure during the 6th through 8th years of life (the “mid-childhood growth spurt”) and the later development of osteosarcoma among young males.”</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=842adb11416c86e72db0aee1ec13db8f680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">There have been NO long-term studies that found that fluoride in the water was beneficial, in fact, studies show that fluoride causes many other detrimental health problems.</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Some of the earliest opponents to fluoridation were biochemists.<br />
Dr. James Sumner, a Nobel Laureate biochemist at Cornell University says:</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://fluoridealert.org/issues/health/?inf_contact_key=552c0cab40235883d6be52ddb8557ab2680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">“Everybody knows fluorine and fluorides are very poisonous substances…We use them in enzyme chemistry to poison enzymes, those vital agents in the body. That is the reason things are poisoned; because the enzymes are poisoned and that is why animals and people die.&#8221;</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">We need to have pure water to drink, but fluoride is not added to the water to <u class="bard-text-block style-scope">purify the water.</u> It is added with the idea that it helps prevent tooth decay, but the studies done on tooth decay were done with <i class="bard-text-block style-scope">calcium fluoride</i>. The f<a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=1755c2cce163f1acf24e8d34d8266181680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">luoride added to our drinking water is different. They add <i class="bard-text-block style-scope">sodium fluoride</i> and <i class="bard-text-block style-scope">fluorosilicic acid,</i> that can be contaminated with lead and arsenic, and are actually toxic waste from aluminum and fertilizer factories<i class="bard-text-block style-scope">.</i> </a>So, this is NOT going to help prevent dental decay.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://fluoridealert.org/issues/health/?inf_contact_key=552c0cab40235883d6be52ddb8557ab2680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">&#8220;Fluoride is a toxic industrial waste classified as a Schedule Seven – S7 poison. It is a banned biocide in Europe, utilized in many prescription drugs as well as being the main ingredient in rat and cockroach poison. Fluoride accumulates in bone and soft tissue, like the pineal gland.<br />
</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://fluoridealert.org/issues/health/pineal-gland/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">In 1997, a British scientist, Jennifer Luke, discovered that fluoride accumulates in high levels in the pineal gland. It accumulates more in the pineal gland than any other soft tissue of the body.</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://fluoridealert.org/issues/health/pineal-gland/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">The pineal is a light receptive endocrine gland responsible for the production of serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT).</a> The pineal gland produces melatonin, a serotonin-derived hormone which modulates sleep patterns in both circadian and seasonal cycles.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine) is a hormone found in the brain, digestive tract, and pineal gland. It is both a neurotransmitter<br />
(helps nerves send messages to one another) and a vasoconstrictor (which causes blood vessels to narrow). Serotonin regulates mood, appetite, cognitive functions (memory, learning&#8230;), and sleep. A lack of serotonin in the brain is thought to be a cause of depression.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=7a1afe40c77912213a287e7530795c01680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">The National Research Council stated, “Fluoride is likely to cause decreased melatonin production and to have other effects on normal pineal function, which in turn could contribute to a variety of ill effects in humans.” (NRC, 2006, p. 256).&#8221;</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Many cities spend a great deal of money (as much as a million dollars or more) on purchasing the toxic waste from the fertilizer plants to put into the water supply. It is legally labeled “toxic waste” until the city purchases it, and then it is legally called “a product,” simply because it has been “purchased.”</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Summary on fluoride: This is a product that has been proven: to <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=7a1afe40c77912213a287e7530795c01680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">NOT be the correct type of fluoride, to NOT work in an ingested form, to be an unapproved drug that cannot be regulated in dosage, to cause osteosarcoma in males, well known alterations in teeth and bone structure and calcification of tendons and ligaments. &#8216;Moderate&#8217; doses cause spinal deformities and increased hip fracture tendency and kidney and gall stones. </a><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://ahastructuredwater.com.au/fluoride-2/fluoride-in-water-harvard-report/?inf_contact_key=7a1afe40c77912213a287e7530795c01680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Higher levels cause death and are responsible for its major industrial use as a rodenticide. Solubility calculations indicate that fluoride doses required to decrease calcium below physiological blood levels are comparable to those present in poisoned victims&#8217; tissues and to those causing decreased beat rates in isolated heart cells in culture. Acute lethal poisoning and many of the chronic &#8216;low&#8217; level effects of fluoride are mediated by calcium binding by the fluoride ion.</a></p>
<h3 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><em><strong>2. Glycerin</strong></em></h3>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Glycerin is another ingredient commonly found in toothpastes. <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.curetoothdecay.com/Tooth_Decay/glycerin_tooth_paste.htm?inf_contact_key=074db9c094336a2ecbe4d965bbabaafc680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">It coats the mineral-deficient teeth with a layer that prevents the tooth from being able to remineralize. </a>As an example, when you cover something with plastic wrap, nothing gets through it. Glycerin acts in the same way. The teeth need these minerals. The clay can remove the glycerin from the tooth and allow the tooth to remineralize.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.idevaffiliate.com/32863/564.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">The Primal Life Organics products are Certified Organic and free of fluoride and glycerin</a>. <p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Use a tongue scraper to keep the tongue clean and fresh.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope"><a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.idevaffiliate.com/32863/564.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Tongue scrapers are available from Primal Life Organic. They have really nice dental packages.</a> They are fairly inexpensive. I think they are something everyone should use.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">To use it, you put the tongue scraper at the back of your tongue and gently bring it forward along your tongue, and then repeat. If you have a tongue that is coated with debris, bacteria and dead cells, then a tongue scraping may be helpful. It makes your mouth feel so much cleaner and fresher.</p>
<h3 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><em><strong>Whiten Teeth</strong></em></h3>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">&#8220;<a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.idevaffiliate.com/32863/564.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">Dirty Mouth&#8221; also has a tooth whitener that I think is the best one for oral health, if you want whiter teeth.</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">If you really want to have the cleanest mouth and whitened teeth, then try my “oil pulling” detoxification technique first thing in the morning before you brush your teeth with the clays.</p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Oil pulling is an Ayurvedic Remedy used to enhance oral health and well-being. Oil pulling detoxifies the body, removes unsightly stains on teeth, and prevents illness and disease. <p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Be careful which mouthwash you use. Like I said before, you don’t want to kill the beneficial bacteria in your mouth, so be careful and avoid a mouthwash that “kills bacteria.” It may not be selective and may kill the beneficial oral biome bacteria that keeps the harmful bacteria in control. <a class="bard-text-block style-scope" href="https://www.youngliving.com/us/en?enrollerid=289856&amp;inf_contact_key=9bc2a393844b461b926ee3629688e92b680f8914173f9191b1c0223e68310bb1" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener external" data-wpel-link="external">I use Young Living &#8220;Thieves Mouthwash.&#8221; It does not destroy the beneficial bacteria in the body.</a></p>
<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Alcohol is used in many mouthwashes. Mouthwashes with a content of 25 percent or higher have been implicated in mouth, tongue, and throat cancers.</p>

<p class="bard-text-block style-scope">Our thyroid is our master gland. It is central to all of our body’s major functions. It influences our metabolism, digestion, energy, body temperature, skin, hair, sleep, mental acuity, nervous system, sexual organs, and hormonal system. In fact, it would be very difficult to find a system that is <i>not </i>influenced by the thyroid. The main nutrient that supports our thyroid is iodine.</p>

<h3 class="bard-text-block style-scope"><em><strong>Mercury</strong></em></h3>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Millions of women can experience fatigue, depression, mood swings, hot flashes, increased abdominal fat or decreased libido as they shift into the menopause phase of life. Menopause is the transition that marks the end of a woman&#8217;s fertility, which typically occurs around the late 40’s or early 50’s. Some women go through it when they have a hysterectomy. This natural hormonal change is not something a woman should be afraid of, as it is simply a transition.</p>
<p>This physical change can be difficult for some to handle as symptoms may include <a href="https://liveyounger.com/nancyaddison" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">vaginal dryness</a><a href="https://liveyounger.com/nancyaddison" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">, thin wrinkly skin</a>, decreased sexual drive, brittle nails, <a href="https://liveyounger.com/nancyaddison" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">dull and thinning hair</a>, as well as susceptibility to diseases like breast cancer, <a href="https://liveyounger.com/nancyaddison" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">osteoporosis,</a> and hypertension, which may cause stress and anxiety. The good news is,<br />
<a href="https://liveyounger.com/nancyaddison" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">I have found some supplements and non-transdermal patches that can help with these changes.</a></p>
<p>Menopause is not an emergency situation though, and with my list of the following suggestions, a woman can not only survive menopause, but may also be able to breeze through it with finesse!</p>
<ol>
<li>Eat a well-balanced, plant-based diet. Organic fresh fruits and vegetables are a part of a healthy diet, but make sure you include: fresh herbs (ex. parsley, oregano, thyme), fresh vegetables (ex. celery, cucumber, onions, garlic, broccoli, leafy greens, root vegetables, microgreens), <a href="http://www.healthrangerstore.com/?utm_source=HR_Affiliate&amp;utm_campaign=14708&amp;utm_affiliate=301058&amp;rfsn=301058.3335590" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">sprouted nuts (ex. walnuts and pine nuts), whole, sprouted seeds (ex. pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), whole, sprouted grains (ex. oats, barley, rye and teff), unsulfured, unsweetened dried or fresh fruits (always in their whole form), and sprouted beans and legumes</a>. With this healthy diet plan, <a href="http://thrv.me/Tk6fpE" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">avoid all non-fermented soy food products, and genetically modified foods of all varieties.</a></li>
<li>Drink plenty of <a href="https://www.aquatruwater.com/?src=affiliate&amp;aid=20873" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">high-quality water and avoid chlorinated and fluoridated tap water.</a></li>
<li>It is imperative to have <a href="http://www.healthrangerstore.com/?utm_source=HR_Affiliate&amp;utm_campaign=14708&amp;utm_affiliate=301058&amp;rfsn=301058.3335590" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">adequate amounts of Vitamin D, as well as other nutrients (for example: minerals and vitamins: C, B’s, Iodine, zinc, selenium, magnesium). Vitamin D is paramount to optimum health and we need more of it as we age</a>. <a href="https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2015/03/150317122458.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer external" data-wpel-link="external">7000 IU’s is recommended daily.</a><br />
Make sure you are getting at least <a href="http://www.healthrangerstore.com/?utm_source=HR_Affiliate&amp;utm_campaign=14708&amp;utm_affiliate=301058&amp;rfsn=301058.3335590" target="_blank" rel="noopener external noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">one drop of iodine a day</a> (avoid white iodized salt, it&#8217;s toxic).<a href="http://www.healthrangerstore.com/?utm_source=HR_Affiliate&amp;utm_campaign=14708&amp;utm_affiliate=301058&amp;rfsn=301058.3335590" target="_blank" rel="noopener external noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external"> Iodine supplementation</a> is critical to overall health and well-being.</li>

<td><span style="font-size: 14pt;">As Autumn and the holidays embrace us and we have more activities, errands, and social occasions, it is always a good idea to take a little time for ourselves to alleviate some of the stress. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">I have noticed that most people are so busy doing everything for everyone else, that they aren&#8217;t making enough time to nurture and take care of themselves. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;"><br />
Let&#8217;s face it, the better we take care of ourselves, the better we can take care of the ones we love.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">We all need to take some time each day to slow down, calm the mind, and rest. If we don&#8217;t take a little time for ourselves, stress can get hold of us.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Stress is called the &#8220;silent killer&#8221; for a reason. Stress will put the body into survival mode, and it will break down the immune system. The last thing we need to be doing to ourselves during this busy time is to break down our own immune system. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A nice hot bath or foot soak at the end of the day is always a wonderful way to relax and release stress. Along with that, </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> here are additional techniques on how to get a handle on stress, and boost the immune system as well!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">First &#8211;<br />
Breathe! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Breathe deeply into the diaphragm. When we are stressed, we tend to hold our breath and/or only breathe into our upper lungs. When we do this, it cuts off much of the oxygen to the brain, which makes it harder to think. This type of shallow breathing also tells the body that we are in a fight or flight mode.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Research that has been done with deep breathing exercises has shown an immediate positive impact affecting blood pressure and the PH of the blood. According to Esther Sternberg, a physician and researcher at the National Institute of Mental Health, and author of several books about stress, “Slow Deep Breathing can actually stimulate the body&#8217;s reaction that will calm us down.” She says deep breathing is like putting on the brakes of your car.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">According to Sternberg, when you&#8217;re stressed, the immune system&#8217;s ability to do its job to fight infections is seriously compromised. If you want to handle a stressful situation,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> and boost the immune system, and ultimately feel better, you need to breathe deeply and slowly on a regular basis. It&#8217;s free, easy, and you can do it anytime and anywhere!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Pranayama yoga uses breath work as a regular part of their practice. Cleveland&#8217;s Integrative Medicine Clinic has their chronic disease patients learn and practice breathing, using yoga techniques. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Mladen Golubic, a physician at the Cleveland Clinic&#8217;s Center for Integrative Medicine, says &#8220;You can influence asthma; you can influence chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: and</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> you can influence heart failure.” There are studies which show that people with those conditions who practice breathing exercises regularly, benefit greatly.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Second &#8211;<br />
Eat whole organic foods (that are in their pure form, not from a package or fast food container), and eliminate caffeinated beverages from your diet. Many people rely on and become dependent on beverages that contain various forms of caffeine to help them deal with fatigue, which can be caused by stress. Caffeine will actually raise the level of stress hormones in the body, is a bowel irritant, and is also dehydrating. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Get off the roller coaster of caffeine and try for a steady, even stride of energy. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Hydrate your body with abundant amounts of water first thing in the morning, as soon as you wake up and before eating anything. Then eat a densely nutritious breakfast. When our body is really fed on a deep cellular level, we are giving the body the fuel it needs to run on. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Dehydration is a major cause of disease and illness, so hydrate with water or coconut water between meals. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Don&#8217;t drink water with meals. Drinking water with meals waters down the digestive juices and can keep the body from fully digesting the food. Drink water between meals for hydration. Add a tiny bit of whole unrefined sea salt (electrolyte is a fancy medical term for salt) to the water for additional minerals. This will help the body absorb the water more effectively.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Third &#8211;<br />
Get a good night sleep. Every night, make the last 30 minutes before bed a time of reflection, gratitude and positive, peaceful thoughts. Sleeping is where our body rejuvenates itself. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">A good night&#8217;s sleep can make a world of difference in our health and well-being. What we focus on before bed is what our mind is going to ponder over for hours throughout the night. Make a list of the things that are on your mind and also things that need to be done the next day. Put them down and get them out of your head. Release the thoughts about problems, and shift the focus to solutions. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Have your sleeping space free of clutter and electronics. Make sure that your bedroom can be completely dark. Light can disrupt the sleeping pattern, even if it is just a little nightlight. This will create a more peaceful healing environment. Free up the mind by taking about 20 or 30 minutes to focus the mind on something positive, joyful and peaceful.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Studies done by the Heartmath Institute show that when we focus on positive thoughts like gratitude, compassion or caring, we can actually stimulate healing responses in the body to the point of even activating our own stem cells.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Meditate, and if you like, you can do it with some soft uplifting music or sounds of running water. If you do need to do something, then read or watch something that is uplifting, positive and relaxing.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Fourth: Make time for laughter! There have been numerous studies revealing clear evidence that episodes of laughter helped to reduce pain, decreased stress-related hormones, boosted the immune system, and decreased anxiety. </span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">I&#8217;m actually a certified laughing yoga instructor because I believe in the power of laughter so much. There are now laughter clubs around the world,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> because there have been so many documented cases that laughter can cure all kinds of health problems and increase the quality of life. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Cancer Centers of America uses laughter therapy now, and says it can:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Enhance oxygen intake</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Stimulate the heart and lungs</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Relax muscles throughout the body</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Trigger the release of endorphins (the body’s natural painkillers)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Ease digestion/soothe stomach aches</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Relieve pain</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Balance blood pressure</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Improve mental functions (i.e., alertness, memory, creativity)</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Laughter therapy may also help to:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Improve overall attitude</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Reduce stress/tension</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Promote relaxation</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Improve sleep</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Enhance quality of life</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Strengthen social bonds and relationships</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Produce a general sense of well-being</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">This last year, my daughter Amanda showed me a wonderful free app called Snap Chat. It is easy to use, and it has a part of it that allows you to create funny faces and scenarios. If you follow me on Instagram (nancygaddison)</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">, or facebook</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;"> (Nancy Addison – Organic Healthy Life), you have probably seen some of the ones I have done with my daughter or my mother.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">My mother, who is 90 and doesn’t get out much, absolutely loves it. Each time we find ourselves laughing so hard, I smile the rest of the day or week! It can be a fun thing to do with anyone. It’s easy, free, and can release tension and lift spirits in moments.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">I recommend finding something like that, or a <a href="https://oly91226.infusionsoft.com/app/linkClick/15968/05be59a6c9219ea1/394258/99377a13fe56fcd3" data-wpel-link="external" rel="external noopener noreferrer">great song, </a></span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">movie or movie (ex. Elf, Legally Blonde, Big Business) that makes you feel joyful. Play it whenever you need to shift your energy or lift your mood.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">When we are laughing, we can&#8217;t be worrying about the past or the future. It makes us completely present. Try it, you may like it.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">In conclusion: I heard that in today&#8217;s world, we are confronted with more input in one day than our grandparents were in a whole year. As life is speeding up, it is important to know how to slow down, take some time to stop and smell the roses, and focus on what is important in life. Ultimately it is a choice.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 14pt;">If you are feeling depressed or low, find a place to volunteer, or get involved with a group that is doing something that interests you. When we are helping others or getting involved, we find ourselves feeling empowered, it can lift our mood, and create happiness in our life.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">Breathe deeply, eat and drink whole fresh food, focus on the solution and positive things in life, find something that can make you laugh, and release stress from your life.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt;">I send you wishes and love for a blessed November.</span></p>
