I live in a very large apartment complex northwest of White Rock Lake (where Fisher becomes Southwestern) and I have a mature opossum nightly searching my patio for food. I wouldn’t mind if it didn’t use the bathroom on my patio and scare my indoor/outdoor cat. I cannot change the behavior of the entire complex to encourage the possum from foraging around my apartment so, relocation seems to be my only option. The DFW Wildlife Coalition makes many suggestions that are aimed at home owners and rural areas but, don’t really apply to my situation. Is there anyone who would relocate or loan me a cage for relocation of the possum?
