 Celebration Magazine Has New Health and Nutrition Columnist!

Celebration Magazine has a new health and nutrition column and it is written by Chef and Nutrition Expert Nancy Addison and Academy Award-Winning
Documentary Filmmaker, Maryann De Leo. They recently released their book, Alive
and Cooking – An Easy Guide to Health for You and Your Parents, which
provides more than 100 easy, healthful, and budget-friendly recipes,
health tips and shopping resource guide to aid all in creating a
nutritional plan best suited for older adults.

What a great month to start our column!  The month we celebrate love,
cooking is love – expressed through food.

Leeann Lavin, who wrote the forward to our book, said, “Food is love.”

We could not agree more! We’d like to think as food as the celebration
of life and love!

 

I always say: The Main Ingredient Is Always Love!   and the title of our column this month for February is:

The Main Ingredient Is Love

 

That makes me so happy!

Our recipe is our chocolate chip cookie recipe on page  246 and 247 where we use Garbanzo bean flour!

It is delicious with a healthy twist!
